A shared to-do list that keeps some things private
Most shared list apps share everything. Convivo starts the other way round: your tasks and lists are yours until you share them — all of them, one list, or just a few tasks.
Three ways to share
- Everything: share all your tasks with the household in one step.
- One list: share “Groceries” and “Weekend jobs”, keep “Gift ideas” to yourself.
- A few tasks: leave a list private and share only some of its tasks; the others never show.
And the basics, done well
- Steps, due dates, who it's for, and a contractor if one's involved.
- Repeats of every kind, including by season.
- Type it the way you'd say it: “Change HVAC filter every 3 months”.
- Overdue tasks stay at the top of your Daily Brief until they're done.

Questions
- Can I share some to-dos with my partner and keep others private?
- Yes. In Convivo every task and list starts private. Share a whole list, or leave the list private and share just a few tasks in it — your partner sees only those.
- Will my partner see my private lists?
- No. Private lists, categories, tabs and sections are hidden from everyone else in the household, along with everything inside them.
- Can tasks repeat?
- Yes: daily, weekly, every 2 weeks, monthly, quarterly, twice a year, yearly, every N days or months, or by season. Tick it and it moves to the next time.
